FAQs
​
Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Vegetarian/ Vegan and Gluten Free can be catered for, anything else such as a specific
allergy please advise us and we can accommodate, menus will differ for different allergens.

Do you provide plates and cutlery?
Recyclable paper plates and serving cutlery can be provided if required, for crockery and
silver knife and fork we can provide for a charge of £1.00pp.

Do you do anything other than what is on the menu?
We can create a bespoke menu for a premium charge, please ask and come to us with any
ideas and we will do our best to accommodate or put you in the direction of someone who
can cater to your requirements,
Will you collect the trays and serving cutlery?
Card details will be retained to ensure cutlery, boards and reusable carriers are returned If
you are a regular customer we can collect as and when we come to you, if you are just
having a one off party or occasion we politely ask that you return the trays and bowls to us
During opening hours to Lot 11 Café, Wrexham, LL11 1SN. If trays are thrown away or not
brought back. If not returned card will be charged £40.00.
